METALINK 100% R.T.V. SILICONES are ideal for use wherever a strong, permanently elastic, weatherproof, adhesive, sealant, or caulk is needed. These products have excellent chemical resistance and will not shrink or sag.

CLEAR Good for severe temperature extremes (-60 to 450ºF). Use for sealing cracks in machinery, heating and ventilating duct work, plumbing fixtures, electrical connections, low pressure water and drain pipes. Bonds nameplates, machinery flanges, glass, signs and electrical insulation, etc. Ideal for caulking windows, doors, walls, ceiling cracks, and crevices. Forms in-place gaskets. Note: Paint will not adhere to cured material. Meets Federal specs…TT-001543A, (COM-NBS) TT00230C (COM-NBS). Available in three convenient size containers.
BLUE Can be used on metal, glass, ceramics, wood, rubber and most plastics. As an instant gasket maker, this product replaces a wide range of cork, paper, asbestos, felt and metal gaskets. Impervious to temperature extremes (-60 to 550ºF). Meets low volatile OEM specs. Forms in-place gaskets for: Oil & transmission pans, Oil & water pumps, Valve & timing chain covers, Electric motors & electrical control boxes, Gear Boxes, Compressors, Machine covers, Split case pumps, Etc. Available in three convenient size containers.
RED Same uses as BLUE with added upper temperature limits to 600ºF. Meets low volatile OEM specs. Available in three convenient size containers.

GASKET MAKER NC is specifically designed for uses where corrosion that normally occurs in the curing process of other RTV’s is a problem. It also has greater oil resistance than other silicones and will not damage oxygen sensors. This product has excellent adhesion characteristics and will not sag or shrink. Good for temperature extremes of -60 to 600ºF. Meets low volatile OEM specs. Forms in-place gaskets for: Oil & transmission pans, Oil & water pumps, Valve & timing chain covers, Electric motors & electrical control boxes, Gear Boxes, Compressors, Machine covers, Split case pumps, Etc. Reduces inventory by eliminating need to stock conventional gaskets. Available in 8 oz. aerosol container.
