Description
Morphalloy 60 is a revolutionary new iron based alloy that yields deposits that are approximately 60% amorphous. It provides exceptional resistance to high temperature wear, oxidation, and corrosion with individual particle hardness approaching 60-65RC. Morphalloy 60 is particular suited for such demanding environments as oil sand, exhaust fans, boiler tubes, hot metal rollers in steel mills, salt fog wear application, etc. Comparable wear to our tungsten alloys in sliding wear applications at a greatly reduced cost per pound.
