ML820 CONCRETE PATCH is a 100% solids epoxy compound used with a dry, salt-free sand for repairing cracked or spalled concrete floors, pump pedestals, curbs, and areas of heavy wear such as thresholds and loading ramps. Concrete Patch is approved by the USDA for use in food processing plants. It provides excellent abrasion and impact resistance as well as good chemical resistance. This product contains no volatiles. It applies very easily. More than just a surface coating… Concrete Patch actually bonds concrete together. The tensile strength is over 5 times that of concrete!

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
(Note: new concrete must be cured at least 28 days before applying Concrete Patch)
1. Follow concrete Surface Preparation Guide to assure all loose and unsound concrete, contaminants, and other foreign deposits are removed.
2. If the surface is rough or porous, apply an initial primer coat to the surface using METALINK ML819 Concrete Primer/Sealer. Allow to cure according to directions. (Concrete Patch will need to be applied while Concrete Primer/Sealer is still tacky.)
3. Add 4 parts Base (Part A) to 1 part hardener (Part B) by volume (or all of both containers if entire batch is being used). Mix well using a power mixer for approximately 2 minutes.
4. Slowly add sand while continuing to mix, until a uniform blend is achieved. Total mixing time should be at least 3 minutes.
5. Pour mixture out of container and on to the primed substrate. Spread by using a hand trowel, screed or machine trowel. Apply pressure to compact the Concrete Patch to a dense, tight finish.
